 During April We ran 3 Pool sessions at Gillotts Swimming Pool in Henley on Thames for Adults to come and practice Capsize Drill and Rolling in the warmth of an indoor pool
I am pleased to say we had a really good turn out with many students learning to roll and capsize for the first time. We may run more of these sessions if we get enough interest.

Announcing the 2009 L&SER Grand Prix  London & SE Region want to encourage more novice participation in slaloms around here.
We are organising a season long grand prix series based on existing Div 3-4 events.
We’ve had the nod from organisers of 20 races over the season. Thanks guys. 
We hope your club will get some paddlers together, make up teams and have a go!
