· Normal club times for Tuesday evenings are 7-9pm any alterations will be notified by e mail.
· Any Pick ups away from the club require you to be picked up by your parent at the given location
· All Trips / Competitions / Pool sessions will need to be booked and paid in advance – separate instructions for each event will be sent to each member
· River Trips will be restricted to 8 paddlers per Coach, excluding the 4 star paddlers (you can form a group of your own and ‘fill your boots’). We will ask you to confirm your attendance on such trips – if no confirmation, you’ll have to take pot-luck on whether there’ll be a space on the trip for you. We won’t exceed the 8:1 ratio for safety reasons
***** PLEASE – turn up 10 minutes before each session is due to start. It’s very disruptive if people arrive late. It means we have to wait for you to change and draw kit, and thereby waste half the session ******
