Normal club times for Monday evenings are 7-9pm any alterations will be notified by e mail.

Some sessions will be on Tuesday evenings along with the Youth group to enable a better programme and use of coaches. – Activities will always be dependant on numbers and the wishes of the group.

All Trips / Competitions / Pool sessions will need to be booked and paid in advance – separate instructions for each event will be sent to each member.
